Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns are subject to conditions; your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, a return shipping label will be sent to you, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items that are returned directly to us without a return request.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g., special order or personalized products) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gaseous products. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item separately if the return is accepted.


EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days without a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at meidi@mede.com.cn.


Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise, we will notify you as to whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company will also need some time to process and post the refund.
